1. The bed lathe is made of cast steel, analyed and designed with FEA,relieving stress, so the working table is more stable

2. Locating beaing, ball screw, linear slideway controled by the control system of bed lathe and maintennance by the Auto-lubrication system.

3. enlarge X and Y axiss stroke that enable to make big size nonmetal material; to equipt with An Chuan servo motor (made in japan), HSD shaft mortor (made in italy) (optional), MC7+4 Cutter( made in italy), and vaccum pump ( made in german) 

4. eight cutter system control by CNC system 9401 or NC-1000, it can change tools very quickly and reliable.

5. working table is adopted vacuum system, can suck different kinds of nonmetal material, it is devided into  6 working area, each area can work independent.

6. optional: automatic changing tool system.
