Feature:

1.The bed lathe is made of cast steel, analyed and designed with FEA,relieving stress, so the working table is more stable

2.Working table has vacuum system,The table is made of bakelite.This material is  high-temperature-resistant and Corrosion-resistant.The table can suck different kinds of nonmetal material, and it is devided into six working areas. each  area can be used independly or together with others which could save the energy and improves the working effiency.

3.There are two stepper motors and double linear bearing to drive the Y shaft, one motor will one linear bearing at one side which improve speed and make the Y shaft more stable, so it supports heavy-duty cut.

4. The cnc system adopts DSP technique,transfer the signal by Usb. CNC system can remember and preserve when electricity is cut off. 128 flash memory guarantees the machine work without computer.

5 High speed and efficiency,max speed without engraving is up to 30000/min,while the speed when engraving wave plank can reach 20000mm/min
