Features:

1. The lathe bed is made of cast steel and it is analyed and designed with FEA, which relieves stress and makes worktable more steady.

2. All the beaing, ball screw, linear rail are controled by the system of bed lathe and lubricated automatically.

3. Enlarged X and Y axises stroke that enable to make big size nonmetal material; equipted with Yaskawa servo motor, HSD shaft mortor (made in Italy), and vaccum pump,the quality of it is much better and could do more complex job

4. The which contains eight pieces of cuting tools is  control by CNC system 9401 or NC-1000. The tools can be changed very quickly and reliably.

5. The worktable is equiped with vacuum system which can suck different kinds of nonmetal materials. This worktable also is devided into 6 piece of working areas, each  area can be used independly or together with others.

6.The axis Z is supported by air-moving balance system.This system is a closed circle so as to save energy during working.

7.The control system,NC-9401,ensures the machine work much more precisely with a high speed.

6. The automatic changing tool system is optional.

Application:

This machine is suitable for engraving and cutting density board, door, computer table, furniture, nonmetal materials and nonferrous metals such as copper and aluminium.
